Singapore stocks close lower, STI down 9.71pts

SINGAPORE: Singapore stocks finished lower on Monday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) down 9.71 points, or 0.30 percent, to close at 3,192.79.

A total of 1.48 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1. 14 billion Singapore dollars (827.4 million U.S. dollars).
