SINGAPORE: Singapore stocks opened higher on Tuesday, with the Straits Times Index up 12.19 points or 0.35 per cent to 3,466.45 as at 9.01am, following rebounds in US and European markets.
Top gainers in early morning trade included Jardine C&C, DBS and Keppel Corp.
