SM Foods case hearing to be held on November 24

MULTAN: The hearing of a case of alleged misdeclaration by Saim Mobeen (SM) Foods will resume on November 24.

Collector Adjudication Saleem Ahmad Ranjha will hear the case. The hearing of the case was adjourned on November 6 after Chaudhry Zulfiqar, the owner of Saim Mobeen (SM) Foods, and Manager Waseem Shehzad, moved an application for verification of the invoices, which were recovered by the Customs Intelligence and Investigation. The court is likely to decide the case if the invoices are verified.
