SNGPL minimises gas quota for industries from 33 to 25%

FAISALABAD: The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has minimised gas quota for the industrial sector from 33 to 25 percent.

SNGPL Sales General Manager informed APP that in view of increase in city load and with decrease in ambient temperature, gas supply for textile processing and hosiery sector has been curtailed with immediate effect. On the other hand, industrialists have complained of low gas pressure and said that they would be unable to run their machines with the available pressure.
