Society exhorted to lodge mega complaints against irregularities

PESHAWAR: A one-day seminar was organized on the anti-corruption themes by the District Government Battagram in collaboration with the National Accountability Bureau Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Mian Muhammad Waqar, Additional Director NAB KP, was the chief guest.

In his address, he urged the society to come forward and lodge mega complaints against the irregularities instead of creating personal grudges.

He said the corruption is a No: 1 problem of Pakistan. He added that Pakistan stands 116/176 country counted in 2016-2017 as per report of the Transparency International Pakistan.

He further exhorted the responsible people of the society to make people aware of the corruption and ill-conscience so as to clean the country of the said evils. He hoped that crusaders of purity will win the war against corrupt network in the country. He stressed the need for forging a national alliance by the general masses against the few but well-organized people in the country.
