HAVANA: Predictably, the remove of the embargo would cause an increase in Spanish exports to Cuba at a rate of 200 million dollars a year, a year after the end of the embargo. Solunion also estimated that Cuba’s GDP would grow by five to six percent annually between 2016 and 2020 and that the country that would benefit from the new environment and conditions, would be precisely the United States, which would increase its exports to the island 1,000 million a year.

Other countries such as China, Brazil and France also gain weight and role in the new scenario, increasing its exports by 360, 120 and 100 million dollars a year, respectively.
