SRB extends last date for sales tax payment

KARACHI: The Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) has extended the last date for the payment and filing of sales tax on services statement, a notification issued on Thursday said. The provincial revenue authority extended the last date for depositing tax for the month of August up to September 20. As per the rules, the payment is due on 15th day of the following month.

Similarly, the last date to file monthly statement for the month of August has been extended up to September 23. The cutoff date to file monthly statement is 18th of the following month.
