COLOMBO: Police Narcotic Bureau has arrested an individual who allegedly possessed 3 kg of heroin, at the car park of a supermarket in Wattala police division, Police Media Unit said here the other day.
Rs 2,430,000, a car and a jeep were also taken into police custody.
