Stuckey wins Vernon Parish Chamber Raffle worth $20,000

NEW YORK: Charles E. Stuckey was the big winner at the annual Greater Vernon Parish Chamber of Commerce’s Annual $20,000, being the last ticket drawn on the evening of Sept. 22 at Celebrations of Leesville.

A total of 250 ticket holders and guests attended the event, with the first ticket drawn winning $500, which was Linda Hester of DeRidder.
