ISLAMABAD: Superintendent Siraj ul Islam has been reinstated after his exoneration from the charges levelled against him.
The competent authority exonerated the officer, posted Directorate General of Intelligence & Investigation, FBR, Islamabad, from the charges levelled against him in consequent upon finalisation of the disciplinary proceedings under Government Servant (E& D) Rules, 1973.
The officer has been reinstated into the government service with immediate effect, while the period of his suspension from February 27, 2015 onwards will be treated as leave of kind due and admissible under the rules.
