LAHORE: District administration is considering ban on pillion riding and suspension of mobile phone services across the city during ninth and tenth Muharram due to security reasons.
According to the District Administration Lahore, suspension of mobile phone services and ban pillion riding in the past remained helpful in maintaining peace.
Sources reported the consultation is underway between all stakeholders for suspension of mobile phone services.
Final decision will be announced afterwards.
