ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has withdrawn the suspension order of Ali Saleh Hayat Kalyar, an Inland Revenue Service officer of BS-17, presently posted as Assistant Commissioner (IR), RTO, Sargodha.
The suspension order was withdrawn after partial modification of Board’s Notification No 0833-IR-II/2015.
Meanwhile, performance allowance (equivalent to 100% of basic pay) in respect of Zainab Mahmood, PCS/BS-17, presently posted as Assistant Director, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation-FBR, Lahore, has been restored with effect from February 11, 2015.
