Tax collection from private cell company stopped

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has barred Town-3 Municipal Administration, Peshawar, from collecting trade tax from a private cellular company per tower installation.

A division bench comprising Justice Ikramullah Khan and Justice Muhammad Ayub stayed the collection of tax from MS Telenor Pak and issued notice to the Town-3 Administration to submit reply to the petition.
