Tax payment thru 1Link: FBR signs agreement with SBP

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue has signed an agreement with State Bank of Pakistan to give taxpayers facilitation of paying tax dues through 1Link.

After this agreement, now the taxpayers will be able to pay their taxes through one link using their ATM debit cards or internet even from their houses.

Sources said that, the hurdles faced by the taxpayers would be ended after this service. The pilot project of tax payment through 1Link will likely be started from July 1, 2017.

In next phase, the payment of refunds would also be made through this facility.
