TOKYO: Tekken is getting its 7th installment this year. The title is anticipated by millions and will soon be available in Japanese Arcades.

Ahead of its release, Bandai Namco has launched an official website for Tekken 7. The site in question has posted the Arcade release date and a list of characters.

Sadly, all the information on the new website has been shared already so we couldn’t really find out anything new.

However, if you didn’t know, Tekken 7 is hitting Japanese Arcades on February 18. You can also check the list of characters revealed so far below:

Claudio

Katarina

Lucky Chloe

Shaheen

Kazuya

Heihachi

Lars

Asuka

Lili

Alisa

Xiaoyu

Marshall Law

Leo

Hwoarang

Its strange Bandai Namco hasn’t announced some other iconic characters yet, such an Eddy Gordo, Nina Williams, Anna Williams, Yoshimitsu, Lee and many more.

We can’t rule out the possibility of their inclusion and it’s possible we’ll hear more about these characters in the coming weeks. So far, Tekken 7 has not been given a release date for PlayStation 4, Xbox One or any other platform for that matter.

Bandai Namco is planning to end the Mishima saga with the release of Tekken 7, it will be interesting to see where the story goes from there. In Tekken 6, Jin Kazama defeated Azazel and was found in the desert by Lars, it was unclear if he was dead or just knocked-out.

There is no mention of Jin Kazama so far in Tekken 7 but it’s unlikely Mishima saga will end without Jin. Would you like to see Jin make a comeback in the game? Let us know down below.
