LAHORE: The Technical Education and Vocational Authority (Tevta) has announced to close its institutions across the province for one week from February 1 to 6.
Tevta District Manager Muhammad Younus told APP on Saturday that the Tevta institutions have been closed on the instruction of Punjab government to improve the security arrangements.
In this connection, Tevta has also issued notification in this regard and directed the heads of technical colleges throughout the province to raise the boundary walls of the institutions besides installation of CCTV Cameras, barbered wires and deployment of security guards, he added.
