MELBOURNE: The Witcher 3 is expected to be released on May 19, 2015 and has been delayed twice. If it manages to come-out in May, you can grab a copy for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC for $60.
The feature would have been available at the end of The Witcher 3, but for reasons unknown was cut from the final build. It is unfortunate that we wouldn’t get to see Gerald ice skating as it really sounds like a lot of fun.
The trailer shows over seven minutes of new gameplay footage, which features a large variety of interactions, combat, traversal, inventory management, and one of Geralt’s powers called ‘Witcher Sense’. The video centers around the hunt for a large flying lizard, and concludes with its painful demise.
The Witcher 3 looks like it’s shaping up very well, and we’re excited to get our hands on it when it launches on May 19th.
