Thordon Bearings announces new authorized distributor for China

BEIJING: Thordon Bearings Inc. of Canada is pleased to announce that CY Engineering Co. Ltd. will be the new, authorized distributor for the People’s Republic of China, including Macau and Hong Kong, effective August 28, 2015. With this agreement, CY Engineering becomes the stocking distributor for the world’s largest manufacturer of non-metallic marine bearing systems and will replace Proco International.

Established in 2014, CY Engineering has an in-depth understanding of the Chinese marine, hydro, and industrial markets. The company also brings with it many relationships and knowledge of the market and customers. Its seasoned and experienced employees are familiar and confident in Thordon bearings products. With head office and its local company, Shanghai CHAOYUAN Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co. Ltd., both based in Shanghai, CY Engineering will focus on four main markets, including marine & offshore; industry; hydro-turbine; and pump.
