Three FBR officials move Service Tribunal against dismissal

ISLAMABAD: Federal Service Tribunal on Friday accepted two petitions for hearing filed by officials of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

A three-member bench comprising Nazir Saeed and Syed Muhammad Hamid and Ishtiaq Ahmed heard cases and accepted for further proceedings.

The cases were filed by two FBR officials who had submitted complains pertaining to their dismissal from services. Petitioner Muhammad Nawaz had filed petition against his dismissal from service through counsel, Muhammad Owais.

Other petition was filed by Syed Salahuddin Gillani through counsel, Abdur Rahim Bhatti. The petitioner had approached tribunal for restoration of service.
