Three member panel to conduct proceedings of Islamabad High Court

ISLAMABAD: Proceedings of the Islamabad High Court will be maintained by the three member panel of the court, including the Chief Justice of the IHC from next week.

According to court’s roster, panel of judges consist of IHC Chief Justice, Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi, Justice Noor Ul Haq N Qureshi and Justice Amer Farooq. Tdhey will start hearing cases by coming Monday.

This panel of judges would replace the sitting panel comprising of Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui and  Justice Athar Minallah. This panel had been working since the start of winter vacation in different departments of the state.

According to court’s roster, both judges, Justice Siddiqui and Athar, would avail their due winter vacation as the other panel would maintain courts hearing from January 5, 2016.
