TOKYO: Tokyo stocks rose for a 13th-straight session Tuesday putting it on course for a record-equalling rally — thanks to a weak yen and and a positive lead from Wall Street.
The Nikkei 225 index at the Tokyo Stock Exchange added 14.88 points to 20,584.75 by the break, while the Topix index of all first-section shares edged up 0.25 points to 1,678.81.
