TOKYO: Toyota launched the redesigned Alphard and Vellfire minivans for Japanese car market. The new vehicle comes with a roomy interior, a comfortable ride and “exceptional handling stability,” thanks to a newly developed double-wishbone suspension at the rear. And the vehicle prices start from 3,197,782 yen ( approximately $27,000) for both versions, including consumption tax.

The new Toyota Alphard will be sold through Toyopet dealers, while the Vellfire will be available at Netz dealerships. Both models share the same underpinnings, but offer different exterior designs: while the new Alphard focuses on luxury, the new Vellfire aims to convey boldness.
