ISLAMABAD: A delegation of All Pakistan Traders Association (APTA) has called on FBR Chairman Tariq Bajwa here at FBR headquarters.

Member Inland Revenue, Operations also attended the meeting, which was jointly presided over by MNA Abdul Mannan from APTA and its Chairman Khawaja Muhammad Shafiq.

While talking to Customs Today Khawaja Shafiq said that the delegation raised the issues of small traders, declaring of wealth statement and withholding taxes with the FBR chairman and demanded him to reconsider the amendments carried out in rules through SROs. He said that the traders are very optimistic regarding fulfilment of their suggestion given to the FBR chairman.
He said that the next meeting is scheduled with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, FBR Chairman Tariq Bajwa and MNA Abdul Mannan.
