ISLAMABAD: The Federal Tax Ombudsman is a quasi-judicial organisation which is created to solve problems and grievances of the taxpayers who face maladministration, injustice and misconduct from the FBR and Customs authorities throughout the country.

Everyone is taxpayer as one has been paying sales tax. Besides promoting culture of taxpaying voluntarily, FTO is trying to solve complaints in stipulated time along with strict implementation of its judgments. Recommendations of advisory committee will be implemented step by step.
