Traders to observe shutter down strike today against WHT‏

MULTAN: The traders of Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan will observe shutter down strike today against withholding taxes on banking transaction taxation enforced in federal budget 2015-16.

All Pakistan Anjuman-e-Tajiran is going to give tough time to government on the issue of withholding taxes by observing shutter down strike on 1st August, 2015.

Traders will observe shutdown against the unfriendly business measures of the ruling government by observing shutter down strike all across Pakistan. The major cities of South Punjab including Multan , Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan have already endorsed the decision.

Chairman Khawaja Muhammad Shafique said that the government must reverse the decision of taxes otherwise business community will drive campaign the policies and in case the tax is not withdrawn, there will be a complete shutter-down strike in the Punjab on, he warned.
