Transfers & postings of PAs, Appraisers and EOs

KARACHI: The Chief Collector South (Appraisement) through Office Orders No.19, 20 and 21 has issued orders for the transfer and posting of the Principal Appraisers (PAs), Appraisers and Examining Officers (EOs) in Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Appraisement (East) and MCC Appraisement (West).

As per detail, nine PAs have been transferred from MCC Appraisement (East) to MCC Appraisement (West) and MCC Appraisement (West) to MCC Appraisement (East).

The names of those PAs who have been transferred from MCC Appraisement (East) to MCC Appraisement (West) are as follows: Asad Masood, Rafiullah, Najamus Saqib, Shaheen Farooq, Ghulam Yaseen and Nihal Khan. While, those PAs who have been transferred from MCC Appraisement (West) to MCC Appraisement (East) are: Murtaza Yar Khan, Naseer Ud Din Humayon and Mir Mansoor Ahmad.

As per the Office Order No.20 of 2013-ESTT (CC), the names of those Appraisers who have been transferred from MCC Port Qasim to MCC Appraisement (West) are as follows: Nihal Kazim, Abdul Aziz, Sarfraz A Bangalzi, Nadeem Ahmad Khan, Amjad Iqbal, M Nazeer Khan, Abdul Waheed Khilji and Shahid Hussain Dasti.

While the Appraisers who have been transferred form from MCC Appraisement (East) to MCC Appraisement (West) are: Hayatullah Khan, Ilyas Ahsan Khan, Irshad Ahmed, Ali Akbar, Muhammad Akram, Imran Aslam Gul, Malik Shahid Iqbal Awan, Amir Shuja, Khan Muhammad Keerio and Rasheed Khan.

The Appraisers who have been transferred from MCC Appraisement (East) to MCC Port Qasim are: Ejaz Ahmed and Naeem Khan Afridi.

Those Appraisers who have been transferred from MCC Appraisement (West) to MCC Appraisement (East) are: Tariq Ahmed Mehsar, Ghulam Muhammad Israni, M Farooq Khan, Rashid Akhtar Khanzada, Mir Alam Khan, Ghulam Ashar Mirani, Mir Shahbaz, Manzoor Ali Rajpar, Abdul Rasheed Shaikh, S M Sohail, Kausar Hussain, Azam Shah, Abbas Khan Saldela and Muhammad Anwar Khan.

The Appraisers who have been transferred from MCC Appraisement (West) to MCC Port Qasim are: Fayyaz Ahmed, Babar Gulzar, Ashraf Bhatti, Munir Ahmed Brohi, Mubashir Hassan, Zulfiqar Ali Shaikh, Noor Muhammad Kalwar, Pervaiz Iqbal and Qaiser Nadeem Chatta.

Furthermore, 33 Examining Officers through an Order No. 21 of 2013-ESTT (CC) have been transferred from one Collectorate to other places. The names of those Eos whor have been transferred from MCC Appraisement (East) to MCC Appraisement (West) are: Ishtiaq Hussain Shah, M Javed Hussain, Muhammad Sultan, Syed Riffat Ali, Talat Zareen, Zafar Iqbal, Shabir Ahmed, Muhammad Arif, Riaz Ahmed, Muhammad Rauf Khan and Jahangir Azfal.

The EOs who have been transferred from MCC Appraisement (West) to MCC Appraisement (East) are: Amanullah Bhatti, Rab Nawaz Khan, Zar Khan, Saleem Akhtar, Ihsan Ul Haq, Abdul Ghani Soomro, Liaquat Ali Shad, Mazhar Imam Zaidi, Sabir Ali Khan, Nazia Ahsan Kafeel, Ghulam Abbas and Farhan Mehdi.

The EOs who have been transferred from MCC Appraisement (West) to MCC Port Qasim are: Ghulam Mustafa, S M Fawad, Naushad Ali, M Ajmal Khan, Muhammad Idrees, Sardar Babar Durrani and Khizra Saeed. While, those EOs who have been transferred from MCC Port Qasim to Appraisement (West) are: Ali Shah, Yaqoob Ali and Ali Murad.

The sources in Customs House told Customs Today that more transfers and postings are likely to be made at Assistant Collector (AC) and Deputy Collector (DC) levels in MCC Appraisement South in upcoming days.
