ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue has cancelled two notifications regarding transfer/posting of two Inland Revenue Service officers.
Muhammad Tahir, (IRS/BS-20), made vide Board’s Notification No. 0939-IR-I/2016, dated 13.04.2016 has been cancelled. Muhammad Javaid Badar, (IRS/BS-19), made vide Board’s Notification No. 0539-IR-I/2016, dated 24.02.2016, has been cancelled ab-initio.
Meanwhile, in partial modification of Board’s Notification No. 0939-IR-I/2016, dated 13.04.2016, the place of posting of Syed Nadeem Hassan, BS-20 officer of Inland Revenue Service, appearing at Sr. No 03 may be read as Director, Directorate of Law, Lahore, instead of Commissioner-IR, Inland Revenue (Appeals-I), Lahore.
