Transfers/postings of AC, DCs in MCC-Appraisement (West)

KARACHI: The Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) of Appraisement (West) through an office order No.240/2013-ESTT (A) has re-distributed the work among the Assistant/Deputy Collectors of the MCC of Appraisement (West) with immediate effect and until further orders.

According to the details, Muhammad Raza (Deputy Collector) has been designated the task in R&D, AIB and Post Release Verification (PRV) Cell, FTA Cell, ADRC, Licensing. Mushtaq Ali Shahani (Deputy Collector) has been transferred from Group-III (Ch.39-49), HQ-II, (Cash Section, Accounts, Policy & Co-ordination, Statistical, SR Cell & Budget Section, Accounts Authority, CPF, Treasury) to Group-III (Ch.39-49), HQ-I, (Estt/Admin, Confidential, CHO, Transport Section, MIS (One Customs), Procurements, Computer Bureau, PRAL, Adjudication-DC level.)

Deputy Collector Asad Ullah Larik has been transferred from Group-VI (Ch. 84-85), Bank Guarantee Cell, WeBOC role for Printing Cheques to KICT Examination, Valuation Rulings Monitoring and Coordination. He will also review on daily basis that Valuation Rulings are being applied wherever required. Deputy Collector Yousuf Ali Khan Magsi on joining has deputed the charge in Group-VI (Ch.84-85), HQ-II (Cash Section, Accounts, Policy & Co-ordination, Statistical, SR Cell & Budget Section Accounts Authority), CPF, Treasury.

Deputy Collector Sadia Sadaf on joining has been designated the charge in Group-VIII (Ch.90-99), SRO 565 Cell, Public/Private Bonds and Warehousing while Ghulam Nabi Kamboh, Deputy Collector has been transferred from HQ-I, (Estt/Admin, Confidential, CHO, Transport Section), MIS (One Customs), Group-IV (Ch.50-70), Procurements, Computer Bureau, PRAL, Adjudication-DC level to MIS-II, Group-IV (Ch.50-70), Bank Guarantee Cell, WeBOC role for Printing Cheques.

Assistant Collector Nausheen Riaz Khan has been transferred from Group-VIII (Ch.90-99), SRO 565 Cell, Public/ Private Bonds and Warehousing to MIS-I, Group-I (Ch.01-27), IT Division.

According to the notification, all ACs/DCs being Group in charge will perform all related functions pertaining to both WeBOC as well as One-Customs. He/She will be responsible for overall working/performance and efficient output of the Group. Officers holding assignments other than Groups or in addition to Groups shall ensure proper coordination with other Groups/Sections for preparation of reports, statements or replies as the case may be and ensure that given timelines for different assignments are adhered.
