Turkey industrial production decreases 0.5% in last quarter of 2014, increases 2.6% in December

ANKARA: Industrial production decreased 0.5 percent in the last quarter of of 2014 compared with the previous quarter. Turkey industrial production increased 2.6 percent in December, according to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute released on Monday.

Industrial production increased 2.6 percent compared with the same month last year, and 1.2 percent from the previous month.

The manufacturing indexes rose 1.5 percent in December.For the year 2014, industrial production increased 3.6 percent compared with the average of the previous year.
