Turkish unemployment rate rises 0.3% to 10.7%, highest since Jan 2011

ANKARA: Turkish unemployment increased by 0.3 percent in November 2014, reaching 10.7 percent, its highest in four years since January 2011.

The number of unemployed persons aged 15 years old and over was 3,096,000 in the period of November 2014 in Turkey, according to Turkish Statistical Institute’s (TUIK) figures released on Monday.
