Two commissioners, additional commissioner assume charge

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has issued notifications regarding charge relinquishment/assumption by Inland Revenue Service (IRS) officers of BS-19 and BS-20.

Agha Hidayat Ullah, (IRS/BS-20), assumed the charge as commissioner of Inland Revenue (withholding tax) Regional Tax Office, Quetta.

Amjad Farooq, (IRS/BS-19), assumed the charge as commissioner of Inland Revenue (OPS), Zone-II, RTO, Bahawalpur.

Saleem Akhtar, (IRS/BS-19), relinquished the charge of the post of additional commissioner of Inland Revenue, RTO, Islamabad.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Asad Tahir, on promotion to BS-19, has relinquished the charge of the post of additional director (OPS/BS-18), FBR Directorate General of Broadening of Tax Base, Islamabad, and assumed the charge as additional commissioner of Inland Revenue (BS-19), RTO, Faisalabad.
