LONDON: Typical house prices across England, Scotland and Wales will soar by around 23 per cent over the next five years.
Falling unemployment, rising wages and an increasing population will help to force up values.
The South East will see the biggest surge as the average home jumps 26 per cent by 2020 to £324,540 according to analysts at the property group JLL.
But there will also be dramatic rises in cities like Manchester, Bristol, Leeds and Edinburgh.
