KIEV: Ukraine and Canada continue tightening cooperation in business field. On June 20-21, the Global Affairs Canada and Ukraine’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade jointly with the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and the Conference Board of Canada will hold the Canada-Ukraine Business Forum in Toronto.
The Business Forum will focus on four key sectors which include Information and Communications Technologies, Agriculture and Food, Infrastructure and Logistics, and Energy Efficiency and Renewables. According to the event organizers, the Business Forum will provide a unique opportunity to meet Ukrainian and Canadian political and business leaders.
The organizers say: “The Forum will be held within the framework of the Canada-Ukraine Trade and Investment Support project (CUTIS). This is a five year project sponsored by the Government of Canada to increase trade and investment between the countries.” Besides, the occasion will enable participants to further discuss the opportunities to be brought by the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement.
