KIEV: During January-February 2016 grain handling in Ukrainian seaports decreased slightly. The state enterprise «Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority» informs that during January-February 2016 grain handling in the country’s seaports reached 5.072 MMT, which is 1.9% less than during the same period last year (5.176 MMT).
Within this period grain exports from ports declined by 0.4% to 5.049 MMT. As a reminder, in 2015 grain handling in Ukrainian seaports reached 37.5 MMT, which was a record high.
