KIEV: Within three months of season 2015/16, Ukraine has exported 91.5 KMT of pea, that is 15% less during the same period of last season (108.5 KMT).
India and Pakistan remain the main importers of Ukrainian peas. Their share in total pea exports from Ukraine in 2014/15 season reached respectively 52% and 40%.
The share of Pakistan has increased by 50% within three months of the current season compared with July-September 2014. Bangladesh has also increased Ukrainian peas purchases importing 4 times more pea than during the full season 2014/15 (8 KMT against 1.75 KMT).
