KIEV: According to the official statistics figures, in March 2017 Ukraine exported 23.6 thousand tons of soybean oil, an increase of 2 times compared with February 2017, which became a new peak of monthly shipments of the product.
In the reporting month, significant increasing of soybean oil supplies to India, China and Bangladesh formed the major impact to the reporting growth of export volumes.
During the first seven months of 2016/17 MY, Ukraine exported 100.8 thousand tons of the product, up 11% compared with the same period last season (91 thousand tons). In the current season, Poland (34% of the general exports), India (27%) and China (13%) became the main countries-importers of Ukrainian soybean oil
