LAHORE: A group of under-training officers from the Civil Services Academy of Pakistan attended the field workshops at the Federal Board of Revenue Regional Tax Offices Lahore and Large Taxpayers Unit Lahore.
A group of almost 15 trainee officers attended the RTOs and LTU Lahore for two-day long field workshop. They attended the offices from November 8 to November 9 and spent time to observe the routine work of the FBR officials. They learnt how to tackle the different issues in professional life.
An official said that the under training officers visited the different governmental departments to have nearest view of the professionals of different fields. These kinds of activities are arranged to equip the new bureaucrats with the latest strategies used in professional field.
The trainee officers also attended the meetings with chief commissioners, commissioner of various fields and other officials of the FBR.
The trainees said that field visit had great worth for them as they had gotten chance to spend two days with the professionals of the FBR. They said that they had learnt many things from senior professionals about the department. They showed satisfaction over the field visit to RTOs and LTU Lahore. They said that they were happy as they were going to serve Pakistan through key departments.
