LONDON: The Skylake desktop processors will be available for pre orders and luckily we have the list of prices. As the official launch date is just around the corner, most of the online stores that deal in the product are stocking them, well not exactly but putting them in their ‘add to cart’ list.

The upcoming Skylake desktop processors from Intel have a lot of features in store for all of you. It supports the DDR33L and DDR4 memory, has a new micro architecture CPU, consumes lesser power comparatively and its graphics engine has improved immensely.

In US and UK some of these online stores are establishing lists of mainstream and unlocked Skylake processors. PC Connection is one of them as well, the company currently has 6 ‘out of stock’ Core i5-6400 till Core i7-6700K Skylake microprocessors.

The processors are scheduled to launch sometime in August at the Gamescom event in Germany. Reportedly the Core i5-6400, i5-6500, i5-6600 and i7-6700 mainstream processors will be launched along with i5-6400T, i5-6500T, i5-6600T and i7-6700T low power cores.

The prices set by the online shop are relatively higher than what Intel has officially announced. But that is usually the case when it comes to pre orders. The prices range from $211 to $394 but once the processors are officially released, it is expected that the prices may drop.
