TEXAS: Border Patrol agents patrolling south of Encino were advised of a group of subjects walking within a nearby ranch. The Border Patrol agents along with nearby Borstar agents immediately responded to the area and apprehended the subjects.
During a field interview, one adult Mexican male advised agents that he had an outstanding warrant for murder out of Houston, Texas. The group was then transported to the Falfurrias station for further processing.
At the station, all subjects’ biometric information was entered into several criminal record checks databases to include the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS). An arrest warrant was confirmed for the Mexican national for murder from Harris County for Armed and Dangerous/Felony Murder.
The Mexican national will be charged with 8 USC 1325 Entry without Inspection and referred to the Rio Grande Valley Sector Prosecutions Office.
