Citrus Circle Apartments, a new $16 million affordable living community in Corona, marked its grand opening last week with cupcakes, celebratory speeches and a full house.
The community, at 301 S. Buena Vista Drive, is the outgrowth of five years of work by C&C Development of Tustin and Orange Housing Development Corp. of Orange.
