WASHINGTON: County commissioners unanimously to approve a transfer of grant funds to support two, professional business incubator service centers, using money that was earmarked a few years ago for attracting and accommodating technical energy firms coming to the county.
Remodeling will start later this month to transform a downtown Ellensburg building into a business incubator now that full funding has been secured.In addition, talks are expected to start soon with elected Roslyn and Cle Elum city officials, and other Upper County representatives, to settle on a second business assistance center location in an Upper Kittitas County community.
