US customs confiscates 16 firearms in Nogales

NOGALES: Customs and Border Protection officers at the Mariposa crossing in Nogales seized 16 firearms and ammunition from a vehicle heading into Mexico.

Officers performing outbound inspections sent a 2010 Toyota Tacoma driven by a 23-year-old Phoenix-area woman to secondary inspection.
