MIAMI: U.S. customs officials say they’ve seized more than 2,000 counterfeit televisions at PortMiami.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported here the other day that officers seized 2,167 counterfeit TVs with a combined manufacturer’s suggested retail price value of $610,400. Officers suspected the TVs were counterfeit because of possible infringing recorded MHL and HDMI trademarks.
