Due to mission critical needs, the agency is offering a Student Loan Repayment or Recruitment Incentive for the following locations; Lukeville, AZ; Portal, ND and Presidio, TX. The student loan repayment pays $10,000 per year for three years for federally-ensured student loans. The recruitment incentives pay 25 percent of an employee’s base pay (including locality per year for three years). A service agreement is required prior to entering on duty. This incentive applies to new federal employees only and is dependent upon the availability of funds.
