TOKYO: The U.S. dollar changed hands at the upper 123 yen level early Thursday in Tokyo.
At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 123.87-93 yen compared with 123.81-91 yen in New York and 123.92-95 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
