US: Small business being of the Rio Grande Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, it approached one of the fastest growing local banks for a corporate partnership. The RGVHCC Board of Directors is proud to announce that the Elsa State Bank is the newest corporate partner for 2015.
In March of 1945, 15 men with a vision saw the need for a community bank to service the needs of their hometown. Initially, Elsa State Bank’s loan portfolio consisted mainly of agricultural loans, but as the bank grew, it has shifted to consumer and commercial loans as well. Even in this new direction, the bank still operates and grooms its’ officers and directors with a timeless philosophy.
With this in mind, ESB’s focus has been to continue with the tradition that made Elsa State Bank successful, looking forwards a bright future and a new generation of loyal customers. ESB has now grown to locations at Elsa, Edcouch, Edinburg, Weslaco, Rio Grande City and Roma.
