ALASKA: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Arizona announced that Jean Higginbotham will join the BCBSAZ team as Senior Manager of Mid-Market Client Services (MMCS).Higginbotham, a board member of Glendale Chamber of Commerce, is an accomplished healthcare and insurance professional with over 25 years of diverse business leadership, general management and sales and service experience.
Most recently, Higginbotham served as director of sales. At Humana, where she was accountable for sales and renewal operations for the 2-300 line of business in Arizona and Nevada.The National Association of Professional Women chose Higginbotham as a 2012/2013 Professional Woman of the Year, due to her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession.
