HILLSBOROUGH- Orange County Sheriff’s Deputies have seized hundreds of marijuana plants and arrested a man following an investigation into an elaborate growing operation.
Richard Dylan Perry, 35, was arrested here the other day at a house on Old N.C. 86 South.
Law enforcement officials seized 956 marijuana plants from the location along with drug paraphernalia used to grow, process and package marijuana.
Perry is facing charges relating to drug trafficking, posession, and maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances.
