Valuation dispute: SHC adjourns hearing of suit against DIT

KARACHI: Singh High Court of Sindh has adjourned hearing of a suit filed against jurisdiction of the DIT in the valuation dispute case.

A SHC division bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Arshad Hussain Khan, deferred hearing of the suit filed by Position Systems.
