KARACHI: Singh High Court of Sindh has adjourned hearing of a suit filed against jurisdiction of the DIT in the valuation dispute case.
A SHC division bench, comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Arshad Hussain Khan, deferred hearing of the suit filed by Position Systems.
The petitioner imported a consignment of road levellers. The consignment was stuck up on value dispute. The counsel for petitioner challenged the jurisdiction of the DIT in the case and said it had no jurisdiction in disputes over valuation.
