HANOI: Vietnam’s trade deficit was estimated to have reached $3.37 billion in the first seven months of this year, widening from a deficit of $3.07 billion in the first half, the Vietnam News reported, citing government data.
Imports in the January-July period were estimated to have increased 16.4 percent from a year ago to $95.64 billion, while exports rose 9.5 percent in the same period to $92.27 billion, it reported.
